EVENT MANAGEMENT • LIVE EVENTS • MARKETING • CREATIVE PRODUCTION
Creating memorable experiences from concept to execution.
I’m an event manager, producer and marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience bringing events, brands and experiences to life.
My background spans convention center events, international film festivals, live entertainment, sponsorship development, hospitality, tourism, marketing, social media and creative production. I’ve managed everything from intimate VIP experiences and masterclasses to large-scale public events involving thousands of guests.
I’m comfortable in the details and in the big picture — working with venues and vendors, managing teams, coordinating talent and VIPs, developing sponsorships, overseeing guest experience, solving problems in real time, and making sure an event feels polished from the moment a guest arrives.
Currently based in Western New York and open to relocation to South Florida.
SELECTED EXPERIENCE
LARGE-SCALE EVENTS & CONVENTION CENTERS
CarFest — San Antonio, Texas
Sponsorship & Event Managment
As Sponsorship Manager for CarFest, I helped produce a major automotive event at the San Antonio Convention Center while developing corporate partnerships and generating more than $120,000 in sponsorship revenue in approximately six months.
My work included sponsorship development and fulfillment, venue coordination, event logistics, marketing, website development, social media, exhibitor and partner communication, team coordination, and on-site execution.
The experience gave me an understanding of what it takes to make a large convention center event work — not only creatively, but operationally.
INTERNATIONAL EVENTS & VIP HOSPITALITY
Doha Tribeca Film Festival — Doha, Qatar
Event Management & Team Leadership
For two years, I worked with the Doha Tribeca Film Festival, including two years leading a 12-person international event team as part of a multimillion-dollar international festival.
I helped coordinate multiple events, masterclasses, networking experiences and VIP functions involving internationally recognized filmmakers and talent, including Robert De Niro, Martin Scorsese and Salma Hayek.
The work involved detailed schedules, hotels, transportation, venues, guest movement, AV, backstage logistics, VIP hospitality and communication across teams representing multiple cultures and countries.
One of the experiences that shaped my approach to events was helping execute a Martin Scorsese masterclass at the Museum of Islamic Art. At that level, every detail matters — but the goal is for the guest to never see the complexity behind it.
ENTERTAINMENT & LIVE EVENTS
My career has also included management and production work with Laugh Factory Los Angeles, Laugh Factory Chicago and Helium Comedy Club Philadelphia.
As General Manager of Laugh Factory Chicago, I worked to improve the entire guest and operational experience — from staffing, training and presentation to lighting, AV and show operations. Saturday attendance grew from approximately 30 guests to regular sell-outs, allowing us to add additional performances.
Earlier in my career, I worked in video production at Laugh Factory Los Angeles, giving me another perspective on the intersection of live entertainment, talent, audiences and media.
COMMUNITY, TOURISM & SPECIAL EVENTS
My first professional position was with the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, an organization representing approximately 5,000 members. My work included communications and major member events such as the annual gala, Fish Fry and Builder-Realtor Fair.
Today, I also produce and market live tourism experiences in Western New York, including Haunted History Ghost Walks and Spirit Way. My work has included event creation and scheduling, digital marketing, website management, ticketing, guest communication, video production and on-site coordination.
Over several years, I have helped market and coordinate 100+ individual live events and experiences.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP & CREATIVE PRODUCTION
I’ve spent more than 20 years working independently through Pure Creative, providing marketing, branding, website development, social media, video production and creative services. I have also created and operated my own boutique fitness and movement businesses, including studios in Puerto Rico and Western New York.
Building businesses from the ground up taught me something that has become invaluable in event management: you learn to notice everything.
How does the room feel? Is the signage clear? Is the lighting right? Does the staff know what is happening next? Does the guest feel welcomed? Is someone anticipating the problem before it becomes a problem?
Those details create the experience.
HOW I APPROACH EVENTS
For me, great event management comes down to anticipation, communication and hospitality.
I believe in:
-
Seeing the event through the guest’s eyes.
-
Anticipating needs instead of waiting for problems.
-
Treating staff, vendors, talent and guests with equal respect.
-
Remaining calm when something changes...because something always changes.
-
Understanding that operational excellence and creativity belong together.
-
Whether I’m coordinating a VIP arrival, communicating with a convention center, troubleshooting AV, working with a sponsor, managing a team or simply making sure someone knows where they need to be, my goal is the same:
-
Make the experience feel effortless.

LET’S CREATE SOMETHING MEMORABLE.
I’m currently exploring opportunities in event management, convention and venue operations, live experiences, hospitality and entertainment, with a particular interest in opportunities in South Florida.
I bring a combination of operational event experience, creativity, hospitality, marketing knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset — along with the ability to stay calm, adaptable and focused when the doors open and the event becomes real.
